INCREDIBLY SLOW! Made appointment for warranty repair and still had to wait 6 days for vehicle to be diagnosed. Asked what the benefit for making appointment time was and I was told it's just to speak with an advisor. Poor response! ANY advisor should be able to put information into system to begin a work order. When I was notified the radio repair was nearing completion and my truck was ready to be picked up, I asked about status of other issue that was discussed with advisor when truck was dropped of and the response was 'what other issue?'. Very unhappy that I had to call numerous times seeking an update rather than receive updates from my advisor on a regular basis since you had my vehicle for more than 30 days. I did receive 1 video update that was not for my vehicle. Really???? Definitely not the same dealership from when the Arrigo family owned it, sad. More

They lied about a crash screwing up with my alignment. They lied saying that my assistant told them that my truck was pushing to the left before bringing the truck in. They told me for $900 I could add a control brace to fix the problem. Took it to another shop and they did a proper alignment and told me that whoever worked on your truck last(Arrigo) left the bolts and nuts loose underneath my truck. Horrible service department, they have no clue what they’re doing. More
