Great Service and Technician. Everybody was very attentive and wait time was held to a minimum. My only gripe is I wish they would provide a rental vehicle immediately for warrant Everybody was very attentive and wait time was held to a minimum. I waited three days before I got one, had to drive out to dealership again to pick up rental car, miss more work and be inconvenienced. A diagnosis to determine if the repair is covered under warranty or not should be easy, simple and be done within an hour of me arriving to my service appointment. Think about customer retention.
