Went there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was very nice and helpful. I was sent a video of my vehicle and a service technician telling me my tires were rotated, i showed up to Service advisor was very nice and helpful. I was sent a video of my vehicle and a service technician telling me my tires were rotated, i showed up to pick my vehicle up and was surprised to see my tires were not rotated at all. The service advisor being helpful put my vehicle at the front of the line to expedite it. I drove home and realized they only rotated 2 of the 5 tires on my jeep. More
