I'm delighted they offered me 2 free oil changes so i booked 1 , the lady scheduling my service explained service advisor would contact me, no one did?? luckily they had the oil filter for my vehicle or booked 1 , the lady scheduling my service explained service advisor would contact me, no one did?? luckily they had the oil filter for my vehicle or else it would have been a wasted trip. the oil change took awhile like 3 hours that's long. Communication from my service advisor while there was very professional thank you Richardson and his way of speaking and empathy towards my service all worked out great. i like the video, would be better it video actually shows the oil changing and everything checked.
