Incompetent Service Department and Management Had my Ram for 18 days and didn’t fix anything. Check engine light was not addressed, broken visor not address and my bigger problem with the transmission Ram for 18 days and didn’t fix anything. Check engine light was not addressed, broken visor not address and my bigger problem with the transmission they couldn’t recreate so they didn’t address.Star case was opened but not worked on. Ram corporate left 4 messages with the service department and their calls weren’t returned so they closed the case as a DEALER FAIL. I spoke with 3 different managers and each of the promised to call me back and address the situation- nobody did. I would suggest you don’t waste your time or money. More
