It involved speaking with various mangers, directors, and even me having to write the corporate office. 1. My car sat the dealership for almost 3 weeks due to negligence. 2. After less than 72 hours of having the car, I was forced to return it again due to negligence. I am currently writing this review on April 2, 2025. I am approaching one month without a car that has been at the Arrigo Sawgrass Service Department because of declining customer service and lack of Diligence. More
