After a rough communication start with this dealer's service department, I must give credit where credit is due. It took awhile, but once the communication started, it was consistent, and it appears th service department, I must give credit where credit is due. It took awhile, but once the communication started, it was consistent, and it appears they did fix the truck with maybe one minor issue I need them to look at. The Service Director takes feedback seriously and will go out of his way to correct things. Also, I need to give a shoutout to the owner. I reached out to him and he also got involved. He stands behind his dealerships and actively engages when he has an unhappy customer. Being in an industry where customer satisfaction rules, I understand that sometimes people will have bad experiences and also that some employees need training (especially those that answer phones) and do not necessarily represent the culture of an organization. But, what sets the good apart from the bad is how they handle the unhappy customer. For me, in that area, Arrigo gets an A. Once I made it known that I was not happy with the service, they quickly moved to make it better. So with that, if you are looking for a place to get your Ram truck serviced, I would at least give them a try. If the experience is not to your liking, let Camilo know and he will to his best to make it right. More
