Horrible service, Camilo was not helpful whatsoever. Avoid him at all cost and wait til the other manager is in. He’s ignoring my calls and refused to give me a rental. Lied about timeframe it would take to fix car. Dropped it off at 9am. Was told it would take 2 hours. Came back at 12:45pm and was told it will be another 45 minutes. I expressed that if it was going to take longer, I would leave and come back. Promised 45 mins. An hour goes by and was told they could not fix my computer problem. Was told by Julio that the car was in the wash. Another 45 mins go by, I walk into his office to inform him that my car was parked in the parking lot. I did not leave dealership until 2:45pm. Lack of communication and honesty is a real problem there. And they didn’t even fix the problem my car was dropped off for. And the write up of what they were trying to fix was wrong. More
