Cuando compré la garantía extendida me dijeron que incluía todo bumper to bumper ahora que se daño el carro me dicen que no incluye ni siquiera el carro rentado además de la mala atención por parte de incluía todo bumper to bumper ahora que se daño el carro me dicen que no incluye ni siquiera el carro rentado además de la mala atención por parte de Yerardina Tupete que no chequeo primero para ver qué garantía tengo.Después de 2 días de estar llevando mis hijos en Uber a la escuela mi esposa llama de nuevo a Yerardina y ella se disculpa y dice que si tenemos derecho a carro rentado. Ayer me escriben para decirme que el carro está listo yo les digo que trabajo hasta las 7 pm y ellos me dicen que no hay problema de lleve la otra llave para retirarlo del frente donde me lo han dejado. Llegue a las 8:30pm por el y alguien de ventas me dice que el carro no lo puedo retirar hasta que no firme algo que por favor espere para solucionar el problema. Esperé por 30 min y no hubo solución. Esta mañana Yerardina me dice que la disculpe por los inconvenientes que ella no estuvo por 3 Días porque estaba enferma que quien me había escrito era su jefe Erick le pedí el apellido, se negó a dármelo. Así que esta esta es mi queja por la mala atención dada desde un principio por parte de Yerardina Tupete y de su jefe Erick More
