Scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 10:00 September 8th. I arrived on time and the outside service advisor advised I was next in line... fast forward 2 hours 15 minutes and my car still had September 8th. I arrived on time and the outside service advisor advised I was next in line... fast forward 2 hours 15 minutes and my car still had not had an oil change. They were waiting for the filter to be delivered. I kept getting the runaround from the Service rep. The first time I asked what the status of my car was since it was still not moved 1 hour into my wait, I was told the part should be "in the door any minute", 45 minutes later asking again he supposedly called the parts delivery company, "it will be here in 15 minutes", 30 minutes later asked again if the filter was delivered, "I'm calling them now" was the answer. At that point I was there for 2 hours 15 minutes for a simple oil change and my car was still just sitting in the queue. I advised forget it, I had wasted enough of my day off and left. Very bad service. I had bought my car there in December and they kept calling me to remind me that I got a free oil change with my purchase... This was the service I received. No thank you, I will never return there again and will advise people not to waste their time either. More

Had to replace the storage box in the center console of my 2018 Pacifica LT. The Parts department easily assisted me with ordering a replacement box (over $300.00) and notified me when the part arrived for my 2018 Pacifica LT. The Parts department easily assisted me with ordering a replacement box (over $300.00) and notified me when the part arrived for pick-up. It was the exact part and it installed just as instructed by the Parts representative. We love our Pacifica - under 21,000 miles - retiring soon and this is the vehicle my wife and I plan to use for touring America - in luxury! Thanks Arrigo!!! More
