I bought a package of three oil changes and tire rotations. Came in today for my service only for them to tell me my package expired. How does something you purchase expire? Needless to say, I only had the oil changed and will now take my business to University Dodge. Very disappointed. More

This weak link lends an atmosphere of a dealership who has little regard for their customer. Good service but definitely has issues. Some of tgeir processes need to be changed ie: being able to directly connect with your service advisor. More
