Made an appointment for 7:30 AM On 3/17/22 it is 5 and a 1/2 hours later and they have not even touched my car. I came in to replace a auxiliary battery. After seeing me sitting down for a while Jose the P 1/2 hours later and they have not even touched my car. I came in to replace a auxiliary battery. After seeing me sitting down for a while Jose the Porter came and tried to help me out. The service writer knew that I was waiting for the car. When I went to find him he had a sign on his door saying out to lunch. I know sometimes it's tough but when you make an appointment you expect that somebody like the service adviser to keep that appointment and do the right thing for the customer. Sorry to say I'm a very disappointed customer. More
Today I had another service appointment at Arrigo Sawgrass. I have had nothing but good things to say on my last services, but this time it is really hard to do so. My service advisor is Chistopher A Sawgrass. I have had nothing but good things to say on my last services, but this time it is really hard to do so. My service advisor is Chistopher Ayala and he is amazing. My issue on this service visit was the fact of not having his attention. This poor guy has been dealing with calls, customers and even customers of other advisors. While I am sitting with him going over my issues there are literally no advisors in there offices or in the front. I am not one for drama but this is ridiculous. I went out of my way to go to (2) advisors desks to get their names. A gentleman named Alex was all over the place and if I saw him with (2) clients it was too many. Oh I was there since 10am and I am still here waiting for the car to be finalized and it's 3:20pm. That's a long time. The other Advisor was Yeradina, she wouldn't stop strolling around. That lady was walking and walking and walking. You guys should consider getting this person a walkie talkie or a working cell phone. In every dealer that I have ever been in the Advisors are up front and ready to help clients not hide from them. It really sucks for me to add such a bad review but hopefully someone that cares will get these issues taken care of. If you are a customer of Sawgrass Arrigo like I am, unfortunately your best bet is to request to get help from Christopher Ayala. What a great human being. Hope he doesn't leave Arrigo because that mess. More
