They had issues finding my reservation, which was made very easily with an automated voice assistant over the phone. Eventually they did find it. They performed the NHTSA safety recall at no cost and und very easily with an automated voice assistant over the phone. Eventually they did find it. They performed the NHTSA safety recall at no cost and under 2 hours. They were honest about what else needed to be replaced but I found a better price elsewhere. I liked the fact that they sent me a link to a video inside the shop showing my vehicle, which increases confidence in cases where seeing whats wrong with your vehicle helps understand and believe in dealerships who are known for ripping people off. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my wife had to wait longer than expected for them to find the reservation and I had ro go back in and wait for the service-performed receipt which wasn't ready at pick up. More
