Nicholas was great from when I arrived. I know he is very busy but I had to call to see when my vehicle was ready. Front and back. They did not do that correctly. I had to pay someone else to correct this. More

Unfortunately, my experience with this service was highly disappointing and concerning. The technician provided misleading and inaccurate information regarding our vehicle’s maintenance needs. This behavior became even more disheartening when it appeared he attempted to take advantage of my elderly father, who is battling cancer and had just come from a medical appointment that morning. Thankfully, a trusted Level 3 Chrysler technician, who is a personal friend, and a Toyota technician within our family were able to step in. They reviewed the details and confirmed that the vehicle’s battery should have been covered under warranty, meaning we should not have been charged the over $500 quoted. Additionally, when we requested proof of the air filter and cabin filter replacements—both of which incurred extra charges—we were denied access to this evidence, raising further concerns about transparency. To add to the frustration, we were subjected to a lengthy and unreasonable delay, waiting hours just to have the oil changed. This experience has left us deeply disappointed, and I feel obligated to share this review to encourage others to exercise caution when seeking services here. More
