Takes to long to get your car looked at. Had my 2023 car for 5 days for a rip on the seam on my back seat only to tell me they had to order a part which is not in yet. Worst service I’ve ever received from Arrigo! Warranty issue which they denied because “the truck has been altered” by lifting it. But, it’s was like that when they fixed the DEF system and tra Warranty issue which they denied because “the truck has been altered” by lifting it. But, it’s was like that when they fixed the DEF system and transmission. I feel like they just didn’t do their job this time. They couldn’t explain the reason for such an outrageous estimate and wanted to charge me for two diagnostics! After buying several cars and trucks from you and the recent experience with this warranty issue I’ll never return to Arrigo again! I’ll be sure to let everyone know via social media about this stealership to prevent them from great disappointment. I don’t know how you all sleep at night knowing you are robbing your customers and taking advantage of them!!! More
