I brought the vehicle in due to a malfunctioning driver-side defroster, but the issue remains unresolved. Upon inspection, I discovered broken clips and missing components in the engine bay. Since acquiring the vehicle, it has spent a significant amount of time in service. Although the transmission was replaced, the vehicle continues to exhibit intermittent hard knocking—albeit less severe than before. Despite repeated visits, the dealership has failed to address these issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. More
