Took my Dodge Grand Caravan for a recall repair of the obturator of sliding door. They took my car in but I never got a call back to tell me when the car was going to be ready. I called around 7 times dur obturator of sliding door. They took my car in but I never got a call back to tell me when the car was going to be ready. I called around 7 times during the afternoon, the first 3 calls I got transfer to the service department but nobody pick up the phone after several rings. When I called the 3rd time the receptionist did not pick up the phone anymore and let the phone ring until I got the answer machine. I have to show up at 6:00 pm to see if my car was ready or not. They brought my car at 6:30. The door is working but there is a piece of the door left over inside the car that I don’t know if they forgot to place back. I need to change my Grand Caravan soon but is not going to be in Arrigo Dodge. More
