This is the second time my routine oil change ended with me getting my car towed the next day because they didn’t put the o ring back on or something. Literally 2nd time. As I waited for my 2021 Ram to be brought to my after a service, I watched as two large male employees exited my vehicle after one of them drove near me and parked.
