Terrible experience- I waited for over half an hour while my vehicle was in same spot. Your service shop had 2 ramps and one worker working there, who was dragging his feet and looked way too incompetent at my vehicle was in same spot. Brought my car back after service and showed the service advisor some strange damage to lower door and rocker panel of my car.. A body repair shop told me what most likely caused the damage.
