Wish I could give it zero stars. Wasted two days without a car for them to tell me they lost my keys on the first day. Even lied and said they changed my oil before they lost the keys and were not gonna cha a car for them to tell me they lost my keys on the first day. Turns out they never changed the oil and I had to call three times before they finally admitted to LYING! Literally had no car for 2 days and nothing at all was done. Awful awful awful. I dropped my 2017 Jeep Wrangler off at the service center on Friday 2/12 at 11:30 am. Was informed that the part for my windshield wiper motor was there and that I could wait or they would call me when read on Friday 2/12 at 11:30 am. I opted for the ladder, I realized later that day that no one had contacted me. I called the dealership at 4:30 pm and was told Garret my service advisor was gone but John would get back to me when he finished up with a customer. I called back 45 mins later and was told all service techs were gone for the day. Asked to be called ASAP on Sat 2/13 on the status of my car. Did not hear from them, called at 8:15am 2/13 and was put on hold for 20mins. Than called back again at 11;00am and was informed that Jordan the tech was not in on Sat and that the Jeep was not ready. I informed them that I need it as soon as possible on Monday, no later than 4:oopm, and did get a rental car since I was covered under warranty. Had to go personally to pick up the car from enterprise which took over an hour to pick up. I had to work late afternoon. I called 8:00am Monday morning did get to speak with Garret, he was supposed to call me when the tech was working on my Jeep and keep me updated on the status of my Jeep. I called again at 10:45am for an update and he told me the tech was working on it right then and he would call me when completed. Called again after my day at work 3:45pm and after being on hold, I was transferred to Garret who informed me he was just going to call to let me know my Jeep was done. I asked if I was getting any compensation for this huge delay that should have been a few hours. For 3 days without my vehicle, he gave me a measly $35 for inconvenience. This service was the worst service I have ever had and the Jeep is only 3 years old how does a windshield wiper motor die after just 3 years? Very unsatisfied and frustrated. More

I went in to have a flat fixed and they damaged my air pressure sensor. I requested a call back, from the service manager I never received. I understand Arrigo is under new management. This time around you fixed my car. Wish you didn’t make me leave my truck at your dealership 4 times. Finally the fourth time it was fixed. Terrible service! Told them a warning light was coming on once in a while, they tried to say a stop/start battery was dead and had killed my regular battery - tried to get me to pay for two new batteries. on once in a while, they tried to say a stop/start battery was dead and had killed my regular battery - tried to get me to pay for two new batteries. Fortunately, I expect to be lied to there, so I took the car to TWO different places, who checked both batteries and said nothing was wrong with either one. I would’ve given 1 stars if not for the ladies who accepted payment. The service department doesn’t pick up phone calls, they call you back 2-3 hours after you leave a message, no one is aware of the accepted payment. Every single time I’ve had to re-explain what I was there for. I say “multi point inspection” as it was what I checked in addition to oil change and the service advisor belittled my choice of words. If this place wasn’t legitimately next door to my house, I would never come here. The Service Department has ZERO customer service skills. I spent over $1200 on tires and an oil change and they made me walk home. If I’m giving you that much business, you can give me a 3 minute ride or at least offer an UBER. Unbelievable. More
