I would not recommend this dealership because of all the things they put me through. My purchase price was supposed to be 26k on paper it was 28,195 I have no idea how it got to that number. The finance guy gave me a high interest rate with my credit being 800 plus. He also gave me a flash drive that was supposed to have all the financial info on it and it was blank. I had to go back up to west palm to get a hinge fixed because they wouldn’t send me to the one in Tamarac that’s like 5 minutes from where I live. Enterprise was the worst part of it all they gave me a minivan when I wanted a truck. Then when I got my car back 4 days later my key clip is missing. More

My experience with this dealer has been horrible. A true nightmare. I am very disappointed in this place. I was first offered a deal on a car that was listed on the website as available. After all the documents were signed, the sales person came back to tell me that the car I was buying had been sold 2 days ago (but they have it on the website 🤷♀️). Well, they offered me another. The only problem with this other one was that I couldn't take it with me that same day, because it needs cleaning and maintenance. Perfect, I made the deal, signed all my documents (again), paid and returned home with the idea of returning 2 days later to pick up my car. Well, today, more than a week later, I don't have my car (for which I am already paying insurance and with an active loan that I have to start paying) They said that they found a problem in the inspection, so they will not sell me the car and they offered me another (third car). They sent me the link of some other available cars but since I didn't like any of them, they told me that they will refund my money and that the deal is cancelled. I agreed and the next day a person from finance contacted me to ask for the car insurance information 😳 (I clarify that this person from finance has been the only one who helped me and tried to make things right) Now I am confused, I have the car or not? This is a real communication problem, because the finance person was not informed that "the deal is off." At this point, I didn't know if I went to a real dealer or have been scammed) The finance person (and I reiterate, he is the only person who has cared in this whole situation) came back to me and said that they are going to fix the problem and the sales person would contact me when the car is ready. Communication? None. No updates, nothing. This total situation is disrespectful. No dealer manager has contacted me. I don't think anyone can trust a place where these things happen. More
