Since arrigo sold to Morgan the entire dealership has gone down hill. In the past I have bought 4 jeep grand Cherokee and 1 chry 300. Your service dept has a mgt problem. I visit this dealer on saturday and i spoke to salesman they would not pay off my car so I left dealer after leaving the salesman ran my credit without my permission.I never signed any paper or even made a they would not pay off my car so I left dealer after leaving the salesman ran my credit without my permission.I never signed any paper or even made any deal I NEVER GAVE ANYONE THE RIGHT TO RUN MY CREDIT ,why would you run my credit after i walked out and we did not even make a deal i was there for ten minutes!!! i will be report to BBB and all other websites!!!! unprofessional Train your sales people better .
