I get a free first oil change for my electric vehicle. Yeah me. The process to buy the car was a long process and it doesn’t have to be. I was ready to leave around 4 hours of being there. I asked sales rep about spare tire and charging cords since it’s electric vehicle. He told me spare was in truck cargo area. We looked he said must be under the cargo area that was locked down. I also asked again about the charging cords. He then says there was none. I say you advertised that there is 2 charging cord that comes with the vehicle. Sales Rep says the that ad is generic to the vehicle. It’s false advertising. I do get a free first oil change for my electric vehicle, even the finance person giggled about that. I left Arrigo approximately 5 hours later needing a charge to make it home without any charging cords instead. Maybe a full charge instead of a free oil change for the next person. They really really low ball you on your trade-in however it was a Nissan Rogue. More

This was my 2nd time at this location and I had to come back after a friend of mine had such a great experience with Luke. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle at a dealership and I was pretty scar back after a friend of mine had such a great experience with Luke. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle at a dealership and I was pretty scared and overwhelmed. Luke was waiting for us- just like last time, outside in the 95 degree heat with a smile on his face. I told him my budget and what I thought I wanted. We walked the whole lot, test drove whatever I wanted and however many times I needed to drive it. He didn’t care how long or how hot it was. He was patient, kind and numerous through the whole thing. We found one I fell in love with. A 2024 Toyota Tacoma that was out of my budget. However, Luke- sales floor, Shawn- sales leadership and Carlos- financing , put a fantastic deal together for me that gave me the monthly payment I could afford and the add on protections I needed to feel comfortable with purchasing something this new. Thank you to all the players I mentioned and those behind the scenes that made this deal for me! I was just another person walking in and you guys didn’t make me feel like a dollar sign or like a random person to get in and get out. You guys treated me like you knew me. Thank you. Well, I signed the contract with my trade in for over $6,000.00 to be financed by my bank( Suncoast Credit Union), I was allowed to take it home to Tampa, well getting home was a nightmare, the car start $6,000.00 to be financed by my bank( Suncoast Credit Union), I was allowed to take it home to Tampa, well getting home was a nightmare, the car started overheating and I was told that I needed $4,000 in order for my bank to finance me, since I didn't have it I was stuck with being financed by a lender through Arrigo , my trade in was nothing, I'm ending up paying $59,000.00 for a $33,000 dollar car over $828.00 a month. I was told that the number was high because of state tax fees etc. would you be happy? More
