I’m giving the service at 1 star rating because it took over 3 months for them to finally fix my vehicle and when they fixed it they gave it back to me very dirt with pieces of the old window material stil over 3 months for them to finally fix my vehicle and when they fixed it they gave it back to me very dirt with pieces of the old window material still in my truck. I had a back window leak that I brought to there attention back in December, by the end of March they finally got me in after I had to call every week waiting to hear if they had the parts. I really am not satisfied with how the service was. I would not recommend this dealership because of all the things they put me through. My purchase price was supposed to be 26k on paper it was 28,195 I have no idea how it got to that number. The finance guy gave me a high interest rate with my credit being 800 plus. He also gave me a flash drive that was supposed to have all the financial info on it and it was blank. I had to go back up to west palm to get a hinge fixed because they wouldn’t send me to the one in Tamarac that’s like 5 minutes from where I live. Enterprise was the worst part of it all they gave me a minivan when I wanted a truck. Then when I got my car back 4 days later my key clip is missing. More
