I request 3 services be done and after having my Jeep for 4 full service days only my oil was changed. I did not realize until I got home the same warning light came on after restarting my vehicle. I called 4 full service days only my oil was changed. I did not realize until I got home the same warning light came on after restarting my vehicle. I called Shawn my service tech 2x and left 2 message and neither call was returned. Initially when I check my vehicle in on Tuesday evening I requested Shawn call me to discuss all my concerns. He called and left a message saying my car was with the service tech. The next day he called and said my vehicle was done. I called and again had to leave a message. I wanted to speak to him to be sure all my concerns were addressed. No return call. Very aggravating. Still 2 days after picking up my car and leaving 2 messages there has been no response from your end. More

The sales man was very nice. Polite and knowledgeable. The dealer has misleading advertising that I will be reporting to the BBB in regards to trade ins. Also, the car was dirty with dog hair even thought I included the package the 3k package. At departure time nobody could find the tag and had to wait for more paperwork for a new one. More
