Horrible service departmentt I leased a Chrysler 300S about a year ago. The buying experience was great. The Service Department is the complete opposite. They have asked me to come back on 4 different occasions every time I have taken the car for service. I have been driving the car with wheel alignment off due to always being told to "come" back. I was there just a few days ago, same thing. I was told not to come to the service department without an appointment. I guess I will just keep drivng the car with wheel alignemtn off. As for the free oil changes they promised, I will go to Jiffy Lube and pay for them. More

Pleasantly Suprised My daughter and I looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited when we met Alan Gallagher in the showroom; he was friendly and very courteous. We ultima My daughter and I looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited when we met Alan Gallagher in the showroom; he was friendly and very courteous. We ultimately chose a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit base on what our concerns were and Alan's knowledge of both the Limited and Summit, he explained in detail the differences making it a very easy decision for us. We did a test ride while Alan pointed the features of the Summit. As our salesman he made the process of buying the vehicle of our choice extremely comfortable and without the usual pressure of some dealerships. Alan made sure we were comfortable while we were being financed, asking if we wanted water or coffee. We don't want to forget our finance person Alex who was also friendly and explained everything with patience to us. When we were ready to drive our vehicle home my plate was transferred, my insurance was Done and Alan helped to transfer items from our car to the new vehicle. He then proceeded to explain the operating features asking if we had any questions, saying come back or call anytime in the next week or anytime in the future if you need any feature to be explained again. Did I mention this was at 9:00 at night and Alan didn't show a hint of wanting to rush us. Thank you again for the first pleasant experience we've had in buying a car. I strongly suggest you ask for Alan Gallagher when buying a car at Arrigo's. More
