Hello George, Hardy really tried his best. He personally delivered car. He did his best. Your service dept held us all up. I looked under the hood, and looked like they were all over the place. Battery terminal cover missing, 1 laying on engine, small battery one was off. Just was not feeling confident after the sale that all was even checked. Was sure to tell me over and over we selling all as is. I got it, but at least make customer feel comfortable they spend $50,000 and you at least checked and tested all. Finance guy flipped from Chase Approved to Huntington and pulled my credit. Not happy about that. I already had Chase Approved. So sales gut and price fair. Not thrilled al all with rest.
