I sold this car eight months ago to another dealership. Arrigo calls yesterday and texts that my car is ready. I called and all my info matched up, after being on hold for twenty minutes. I could have walk Arrigo calls yesterday and texts that my car is ready. I called and all my info matched up, after being on hold for twenty minutes. I could have walked in there and picked it up. I'm sure the current owner would be furious. I sold the car because Arrigo screwed the repairs up so much it would be considered criminal. I was a customer for over thirty years, but will never by a car from them again. The incompetence from this episode just confirms my decision. No call back from Arrigo to straighten out the issue. No shock there. More

Within 2 minutes of driving into the service lane, someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I didn't have an appointment but that was okay since I just needed an oil change and tire someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I didn't have an appointment but that was okay since I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Ralph was extremely friendly, professional and he greeted me with a warm and sincere smile. He let me know what other services were due for my van based on the current mileage and allowed me to make a decision about what I wanted to do without pressuring me.
