They misdiagnosed several of my vehicles in their service department. This caused delays in discovering the actual problem after the warranty ran out. Then after spending nearly $20k on a new engine, that sh department. This caused delays in discovering the actual problem after the warranty ran out. Then after spending nearly $20k on a new engine, that should have been replaced under warranty, the 2nd engine failed under warranty. Conveniently, they warranty was denied by Ram because they didn't replace a part when they put in the new engine. A part that I specifically asked if it was ok when we replaced the engine. But it was never done. Just like the hoses and belts I asked to be replaced during the engine swap, they didn't do it and I had to leave it there for an extra day. No response from the GM after several attempts. Ram customer care is an absolute joke. It took over a dozen calls just to find someone that could find the warranty, and then they were no help at all. I thought paying a premium for dealer service on my fleet would pay off. Instead all I got was ripped off! More
