Customer service was terrible. I had an appointment for 8am on July 23 it took me every day calling to try to find out about my car and every day they told me it was gonna be check I had an appointment for 8am on July 23 it took me every day calling to try to find out about my car and every day they told me it was gonna be checked later on today well it wasn’t until July 25 and I called again at 2:30 and the advisor told me they just got the paperwork in, I went by there at 3 o’clock to get an update on what was needed for the car I was told at that time that nothing could be done until the following Monday as far as requesting a loyal customer discount. Because the car was just over 3000 miles past the warranty and they told me that I would certainly get a discount being that I’m a lot of Customer to Jeep. I was ready to go buy another brand new Jeep in a few months, I bought a 2015 Jeep then I traded it in and I got a 2020 Jeep and I was getting ready as I said to buy another one soon. The whole time my car was there not once not once! Did I receive a call? I have to constantly call every day. This is not Customer Service. I’ve been paying for rental $65 a day and I was told that they couldn’t do anything with corporate until Monday and my car would just sit there in the back parking lot so I asked if I can get my car and I’ll bring it back Monday. They told me that I couldn’t do that. They wanted to keep my car in case someone called it from corporate to take pictures of the vehicle if needed, but I said I was just told that nothing was gonna be done till Monday and I might hear something Monday or Tuesday and then possibly if everything went well they would start work on the car on Wednesday. that’s one whole week. They have my car there just to get any type of work started. I was extremely disappointed that they wanted to just keep my car there for absolutely no reason until Monday and then I have to pay another $140 or so for another two days of rental so I told him no I’ll take the car and that’s when I followed up with carpet and never got any follow back from any upper management that I requested to talk to. I was very aware that the car was just over 3000 miles past the warranty, but I was told by corporate if I bought the car there that the likelihood would be extremely well that I would get probably 40% off. That’s the main reason I went there I thought wow this is a good company. They’re gonna try to take care of me because I’m on over 3000 miles but But that was not the case. By the way, $52,000 in 2020 I think that’s a pretty long customer owning two jeeps it makes me wonder whether I should even get another Jeep. Cost $3,300 plus 5 day rental and still have problem. Overcharged Underserved. $600 to drain gas tank, returned w 1/4 tank. I was double charged for a part which I caught by reviewing the invoice. Again all this “repair” and issue continues to be a concern. I was ripped off. This is my third Chrysler van. The Pacifica line has a bad history but I was hoping things were resolved! I’m done! All about sales! More
