I called the dealer to make sure I could get in for a oil change /tire rotation. I showed up they told me it should be quick. One hour later, I went up front to check and see if it was done or how much lon change /tire rotation. I showed up they told me it should be quick. When we bought our 2023 Pacifica, we bought this Arrigo Advantage. Service department advisors have different ideas on the warranty. They are not knowledgeable.
