Service Adviser was short and abrasive with answers as he was not has friendly and accommodating as he have been in the past when I had my car service at dealership. I inquired about discount for oil chan he was not has friendly and accommodating as he have been in the past when I had my car service at dealership. I inquired about discount for oil change upon presenting a coupon as I was told that kind of oil would not work for car which I understood. However I mentioned there was 15% discount on dealership website as he indicated he would honor it however upon reviewing invoice at home only 10 percent was taken off. I had a coupon for free car wash and vacuum stated he could do the wash but due to time not vacuum. Okay however do invite customer coupon to be honored at another time on a different day especially since the wait to have car oil change would be 2hours which it absolutely was. Overall it appeared that service advisor was tired , over worked and probably could have benefited from going home early. I am accustomed to a higher caliber of service at Delearship and this service day you missed the mark. More
