You gave me a new person in the service dept. who was on her 3rd day on the job. I went there for a tire and a few other things including oil change, rotation of tires and a problem with the cars who was on her 3rd day on the job. I went there for a tire and a few other things including oil change, rotation of tires and a problem with the cars operating system syncing up with the key fobs. So what happed? 1. you guys did not rotate my tires. 2. You did not show me the alleged hole in the tire that you said needed replaced and was not fixable based on the hole being on the side when I never saw or verified. 3. I was told to pick up the vehicle when you guys forgot the main reason I was there which was for the tile. That was crazy. 4. I checked the fluids which were not topped off. No evidence of your 21 point inspection. 5. The oil was changed and the oil reset mileage counter was not reset on the vehicle. 6. The hood was not wiped down. Had hand print with grease hand and fingerprints. Total xxxx job to be honest but the new girl was nice yet her team support let he down in my opinion. If I went there again for any work i would no be confident the work would be done correctly and honestly. A lot of corners were cut and trusting you would do the basic thing you say you do I would trust it would actually be done. Luis 772 528 5800 More
