Not the service agents, I have been there and both times have been unsatisfactory,no calls or text on status of repairs ,both times I had to call or emailat 4/4:30pm so that I can be informed that my car wo have been unsatisfactory,no calls or text on status of repairs ,both times I had to call or emailat 4/4:30pm so that I can be informed that my car would not be done until the next day, my opinion your scheduling is flawed and you shedule to many customers.on the flipsidewhen I take my car to the dealership in west palm it’s tje total opposite that’s what I did drove to west palm to get service that could’ve been at your location More

Did not start out the best. Called to setup a service order for 11/29/2024 as I would be traveling in from out of state. While handling other customers was able to figure out what was needed to get the process moving. Parts Mgr, can not remember his name,lended a helpful hand by getting the service order completed. Daniel kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. It was greatly appreciated that he stayed to make sure I received my vehicle back the same day. Your service team, and parts, is the reason I will keep coming back. Thank you Daniel for everything and see you my next service need. More

Jeep Dropped off at 7:30 AM appointment. I started calling for updates. Three hours later. Took 90 minutes to get someone to respond then given an update the shocks were not leaking. Was tol I started calling for updates. Three hours later. Took 90 minutes to get someone to respond then given an update the shocks were not leaking. Was told the technician will check again. 10 minutes later I got a video showing the shocks are leaking . This is now five hours later. Not sure why I was told they were not leaking. Then parts had to be ordered and got back Jeep the next day. More

Not sure what to say. Had my van there in August because the sliding doors were malfunctioning. " Unable to duplicate problem". They malfunctioned again when I got home.
