I cannot believe I was driving around with this inside of my airbox intake system. Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Ft. Pierce left a can of intake/throttle body cleaner inside of my airbox, which I be my airbox intake system. Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Ft. Pierce left a can of intake/throttle body cleaner inside of my airbox, which I believe caused throttle body issues that I chose to fix myself, leading me to discover the surprise. After forgetting to fasten my engine under-cover and my vehicle being shot into limp mode after the first time I gave them a visit, they quoted me $940 dollars for a throttle body replacement (a $250 part that takes 15 minutes to fix). They also inflated my tires 8 psi more than the manufacturer recommended in an attempt to make them wear faster and have me come back sooner. They do sloppy, rushed work, are just utterly negligent to proper procedures and could have possibly ended up killing me and others by leaving a combustible can inside of my intake for my engine to swallow up. I used to always be the type to “leave it to the professionals” but after this experience I will always be skeptical of who I spend my money with, regardless of the brand, how long they’ve been doing it, nor how “professional” they may seem. And most importantly I will NEVER go back to Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Ft. Pierce. They have completely lost my trust and respect. Although my service advisor Daniel was a good guy and tried to help me save where he could, their team of mechanics need a leadership meeting because they were 100 miles away from getting absolutely hammered in legal proceedings. I cannot stress how lucky they are that it was my vehicle and I go about things differently than my father, because that old man would have gave everyone in there the biggest migraine they could ever wish for. I’m also incredibly lucky that I chose to trust myself in fixing and replacing the throttle body that they caused to malfunction and inspected my system with my own eyes instead of trusting their negligent hands and spending another thousand dollars with them. There is so much to this story that it can’t fit into Google Reviews’ textbox and posted it in more detail on the r/Dodge subreddit on Reddit. All in all, if you can fix it yourself, go for it. These “trusted professionals” will disappoint you with the biggest smile on their faces and set you up for actual death. More

Service was good. The service writer was going home and told me that when all updates are finished they would contact me. I observed my truck parked in the service bay for 45 minutes and I asked about my vehicle . I was told to wait for my service writer. So I told them he went home already. The female at the desk look up my vehicle and told me it was finished and last free service. Keys are inside vehicle. I left with only one thought. Never coming back to this dealership again. More

I had a great sales experience with Craig when I bought a used truck a little over a month ago. I do feel that your service department should inspect and service used vehicles a little bit more granularly be used truck a little over a month ago. I do feel that your service department should inspect and service used vehicles a little bit more granularly before you put them on the lot to sell them to the public. The first 30 days I had my truck, it spent almost 50% of that in your service bay for multiple issues. However, Dan is amazing and I will only work with him in the future. Multiple issues later,(month or so) I traded that truck in with Joel for a 2025 Ram 3500 and he was a joy to work with. Both Knowledgeable and professional! Colbie, from finance was my unsung hero on both transactions and he's amazing as well. Keep up the good work. Work on fine tuning service and inspections on used vehicles. Maybe promote Dan. He is of high value to that department. Sales is great. More
