I went through the process of selling my used vehicle through their online process. I provided more than enough valid information to receive a real time cash offer to buy my car. I was assured by Gerry Montana that the express cash over was a valid real offer. When I brought the vehicle to the dealership, after their inspection, they offered me $4,500 less than the real time cash offer since I was not buying another vehicle from them. They CONNED me into believing the real time cash offer. They never intended to buy my vehicle for that price. They only wanted me to take the car to the dealership so they could try to take advantage and lowball me thinking I had to sell the car. My friends and family will never go there again, VATLAND VERO BEACH ONLY!!!!! More
The service department is a complete joke. I dropped my car off on Friday at 10 am. Heard nothing about my car all day. I called back again, this time more insistent... it had been over 24 hours since I dropped my car off and I had heard nothing. Someone gave me limited information and said they would call me back. It's Sunday. No one has called me back. My 'warranty' that was sold to me at the time of purchase through the dealer includes a rental car - BUT because no one is there today and they have my car hostage still (no idea if it's been fixed or not) I am basically out of luck till tomorrow. Nevermind the fact that most people cannot afford to leave their cars somewhere for 3 days, let alone WEEKDAYS. I do NOT recommend this dealer, the service dept. or the warranties they sell you. More

First off I dropped my car off for a body repair due to a accident and was never informed until 3-5 days later that you guys don’t even due body work then I got a phone call from the guy who does you repairs accident and was never informed until 3-5 days later that you guys don’t even due body work then I got a phone call from the guy who does you repairs. The repairs weren’t even completed I’m now two weeks later without the chrome piece needed and today just noticed the whole rear quarter panel is completely lose and the under part of the rear bumper was not ever fixed. Absolutely unexpected to one never inform that you guys subcontract the work out and what a horrible repair job completely embarrassing. More

After they looked at my car, I was told that nothing was wrong with my car, even though it’s still making the same sound. When I went to go pick up my car, two different employees completely ignored me and addressed the people behind me first. I didn’t feel valued and feel like it was a complete waste of time. I will make the longer drive to Stuart next time. More
