I brought my truck in because after my last service the etorque stopped working. The manager showed me that if the airconditioner template setting is too low the etorque system is disabled. I saw the setting was at 65 degrees, I always have it set on 72 degrees. The service tech must have lowered it. Also when I got home I looked at the service ticket and it said my truck was washed. It was not washed. It was my lack of knowledge about the truck and the service tech lowering the template that made me bring it in. And I wish it was washed. More

I brought my car in to have a "check engine" light investigated. The advisor said, "It looks like the catalytic converter." Sure enough, that is what they came back with.
