Had a oil change and fuel filters replaced and a alignment done $850 then as I’m driving home the truck still pulled to the right , the front wheels where so bucked in just looking at the front end alignment done $850 then as I’m driving home the truck still pulled to the right , the front wheels where so bucked in just looking at the front end looked bad and was actually worse,then when I dropped it off, then they had the wrong name on the receipt ( previous owner) I swore I’d never take another vehicle to Arrigo back in 2019 I had a new Tradesmen 2500 gas that took 4 hours to change the oil and yes I was waiting there, so I tried you guys again, and it was actually worse this time, I live off Becker and 95 which is about a 39 min drive back to the dealer, Sara Cummins stepped in and had a Uber take me home so they could fix the messed up alignment they did earlier that day and she managed to get my name on the receipt for my records, now I’m wondering if that ride home and back is going to mess up my newer good year wrangler tires on the front, I have bought several trucks and had a lot of service done in the past at the west palm location, and even had my wife’s grand Cherokee, I never had any issues but this location is definitely not the same ,this is the reason I will never buy a new vehicle from this location or have any other services done there, basically something that should have taken a few hours took all day, for the record I got there at 7:30 in the morning, again Sarah Cummins stepped in and had the issues fixed, but it should have never got that far, I feel that I could have taken it to tire kingdom and had a better experience, Sarah took pic of the front in after I brung it back, in my opinion they should have giving me that alignment for free at this point, again Sarah did a great job getting the matter fixed right, but it should have been done right from the beginning, I understand things happen but the reason I bring my truck to the dealer to have service done because I’d think service would be done right, I could have taken my truck anywhere and saved money on service, but I pay the extra money by taking it to a dealer for a piece of mind knowing it was done right , well I definitely don’t feel that way. Dropped my car off for some issues we were having. Dan, our service advisor, made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. The techs couldn’t hear the noise and asked me to come in, which verified Dan, our service advisor, made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. I’ve had issues in the past with being taken seriously about sounds and Dan made sure to mention he fully trusted me in what I was talking about and made sure we could find the issue. It did take a little bit but seems to have found and fixed what was causing it. I was happy with my experience with Dan and will return in the future with other maintenance.
