We’ve been repeatedly disappointed in the service experience for years. Even with emails to John Arrigo, and his forwarding them to the service manager, things never seem to get better. Last week’s w experience for years. Even with emails to John Arrigo, and his forwarding them to the service manager, things never seem to get better. Last week’s was terrible, with a shot from the service manager (who had left the office) that other Jeep dealers you couldn’t get an appointment for weeks, so I’m stuck with Arrigo! We’re moving on!
