The service department cannot competently diagnose and repair my 2019 F-150. The truck had issues starting. I was told it was the battery. I replaced the battery. The issue persisted. I was told it was th repair my 2019 F-150. The truck had issues starting. I was told it was the battery. I replaced the battery. The issue persisted. I was told it was the starter, and Arrow Ford replaced the starter. This did not fix the issue. I was then told it was the fuel pump, and Arrow Ford replaced the fuel pump. The truck still has issues starting. This dealership cannot fix the problem. I will not be back. More
We purchased our Ford F-350 from Hunter B. He was very knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer, he found it very quickly. Brought in my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus for a battery draining while the vehicle is not running. The problem has been identified by Ford/Lincoln with details of what needs to be done. The initial time they did not even run diagnostics and just replaced the battery - 4 weeks later it was dead again. Ran diagnostics this time and found nothing and they replaced the battery once again. Ford/Lincoln sent out an advisory telling what software update needed to be done and we do not actually know if they did the update or not. We are going to pick-up the vehicle and hopefully it is fixed this time around. I would not recommended utilizing this service department at all if you have any other other options available. If it is not fixed we will take the vehicle to the the Fort Worth dealership to have it reoaired. More
This was the best service received and quality completed bar none. We had come from another dealership after significant problems and not only did they address every issue professionally, timely and with fu bar none. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER! IT IS NOT WORTH PAYING DEALERSHIP FEES FOR SUBPAR AND NEGLIGENT REPAIRS I had my Bronco in the service center to repair multiple parts after it ov IT IS NOT WORTH PAYING DEALERSHIP FEES FOR SUBPAR AND NEGLIGENT REPAIRS I had my Bronco in the service center to repair multiple parts after it overheated due to the oil cooler failing and mixing the coolant/ engine oil. The repair was not cheap and cost ~$4200. Over half of that cost was labor alone. The dealer charged 210 per hour for labor. Not a cheap rate... As a result, you expect nothing but the best for the repair. Upon inspection of the vehicle,e I notice my entire front skid plate is missing! It wasn't in the back or anywhere around. The dealership is closed so there is no way I can contact anyone to rectify it. When I get in my car I find a dirty used shop rag stuffed in my cup holder and my steering wheel and shifter are grimy and tacky. After calling multiple times and speaking to multiple people, I finally got an answer. As it turns out the technician just left the massive skid plate on his bench and forgot to put it on. My concern now is what else did he forget to do?! My engine's cooling system was repaired; but how can I trust that now?? How can you be so negligent to miss the skid plate and not return my vehicle in the condition it was when I left it? I paid a premium in labor for it to be done right. I am given a vehicle that is missing parts and in a dirtier condition than I left it. If I wanted garbage service and subpar repairs I would have gone somewhere else. Because I live 2.5 hours away I can't just stop by and get it put back on. Instead, they shipped it to me and the service manager suggested I just put it on myself. Since when do you go to a mechanic, get a partially complete repair, and then the mechanic asks you to finish their work?! Instead of offering to have another mechanic come and put it back on, or having another dealer/ service center they recommend, his first offer is just for me to figure it out and they'll reimburse me later. Absolutely abysmal service. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for repairs if you want to save time, money, and the headache. More
Service is horrible. Had to take my truck in for two tires to be replaced. They put the 2 new tires on that took over two hours and then the new tires had no white lette Had to take my truck in for two tires to be replaced. They put the 2 new tires on that took over two hours and then the new tires had no white letters out. Turned out the new tires had no white letters and the two remaining tires had white letters out. Had to go back another day and spent 2 1/2 hours and found out I was pushed aside for a worker to change out tires on his new purchased truck. it’s at least an hour more wait than what your told every time I’ve gone in for service. I had one service scheduled where they had to take my truck to another dealer. When I called to check on my appointment, the service had never been scheduled. No one calls you back. Leave messages and still no call backs. I keep thinking they will send me a satisfaction survey but haven’t seen one yet. More
Sales people are great, but I can assure you, after 20 years buying cars here I’ve watched their service department go to crap! Cars are made like crap now also. You would have thought I’d learned my lesson after 2 escapes needed motors (both less than 3 years old). Third escape had fuel pump issues. So I then went for the ecosport. Just past my 30,000 mile mark, it had thermostat issues. Service department said it would be months to get it in. I refused that response and made them look at it. Spent $400 (that was with their xxxx extended warranty) to get it fixed, and 5 weeks later the same thing happened. Traded it in for a Buick! Buy Arrow Ford! Now I’m waiting for the refund on my warranty and even the cashier is lying to me. I can’t WAIT to be completely done with this horrible business! More

I wish I could say something positive about my experience after purchasing this vehicle. In general, the truck performed well with relatively few minor problems.
