My wife's 2018 Escape was purchased with most extended services available so Wife insists I take to dealer for service. Oil changes require appointments but seem to take as long or longer than just droppi services available so Wife insists I take to dealer for service. Oil changes require appointments but seem to take as long or longer than just dropping in to some quick change places. But waiting areas are really nice so over all not too bad. Have gotten a tire replaced but they didn't have one in stock so had to wait for one to come in. Most recent visit was because low tire light would come on when started traveling at highway speed. Took two trips of recalibrating sending units but they stuck with it and finally found a tiny nail. So I was pleased. HOWEVER, my wife is not pleased with how her complaint of wind noise from passenger side door has been handled. She was instructed to bring it in and lady went riding with her and acknowledged she heard the noise too. She sent it to guys in back who kept it for afternoon then reported standard mechanic "they all do that. It's normal". My wife was not happy. But she's usually in driver side so it has not bothered her as much since Coivid has restricted driving,but she did hear it again Sunday when I drove to church. She had a 2017 Escape which was given to our granddaughter at her college graduation. What really irks my wife (and thus Me) is that 2017 car had no unusual wind noise. So it's not normal and they don't all do that. More

Was in Abilene, TX visiting my parents and had a whim to stop by and look at a Mustang GT 500. They did not have one in stock and went the extra effort to bring one from a neighboring dealership an hour awa stop by and look at a Mustang GT 500. They bent over backwards to make the deal work. Brant Bunker was my sales associate and he did a great job. The finance department, the service department and rest of the staff was exceptional. I truly enjoyed the car buying experience and highly recommend Arrow Ford for all your next needs.
