Awful - will never use again. Dropped my vehicle off with a serious issue using the overnight dropbox... didn't hear anything for several days, finally called & they couldn't find Dropped my vehicle off with a serious issue using the overnight dropbox... didn't hear anything for several days, finally called & they couldn't find my keys - had no idea why it was there. Finally found them, but said it would be up to 10 days before they could look at it. Three (3) weeks later...vehicle is still parked in the same spot I left it. Finally went & got my truck back (to drive to a local shop that would look at it) - service employee that gave me my keys back couldn't have been any more apathetic - like it was just one less vehicle they had to look at/deal with. xxxx poor service, xxxx poor customer service, and horrible communication. Local shop looked at it the next day & got to work fixing a $3,000 issue - almost done within a week. More

Jessie has been the best sales person ever I will refer her to all my family and friends for a new or used vehicle. I have had one vehicle in the service department since December 19th and it is still not fixed. Also it took a month to get it scheduled to go in there. Yesterday I took my 250 in their to get an oil ch December 19th and it is still not fixed. Also it took a month to get it scheduled to go in there.
