This is the kind of customer service I put above even price when looking for a car ... One day after purchase, a very minor issue came up with the vehicle, and I reached out to the dealership. I was really happy with how everything had gone (see my earlier review), but I was worried that this was one of those "buyer beware" instances that, because I did not buy the warranty that was offered, I was on my own out of the gate, heading to a mechanic 24 hours after signing. Without going into details, Marwan and Jeremy took care of everything, even though to the letter of the purchase agreement, they didn't need to. It was obvious I wasn't trying to get them to include something extra, or make them take care of us beyond what they had already done. It was just a question of standing behind your reputation as a business, and taking care of your customer. There was no argument and no blame, just service as it's supposed to be. I was concerned at first, but Marwan and Jeremy proved that I had nothing to be concerned about. I just got back from a 500 mile trip to the desert, one week after buying the truck, and I could not be happier with my purchase. I will definitely go to Arrowhead Autosport first when shopping for my next car. More

My initial inquiry received a response from Jeremy within minutes, and I was test driving the car the next day. He hung with me through a busy week of work and all of the legwork I needed to take care of, and was courteous and gracious the entire time. If you are in the Denver Metro area and are looking for a vehicle, start with Arrowhead. Their inventory is diverse and every vehicle is a quality vehicle. Great buy/trade experience with Jeremy at Arrowhead Autospor I found Arrowhead Autosport through an online listing on one of the popular car sales websites. AA listed a unit that was fairly priced and very accurately advertised (with safety features first! wife-approved). Jeremy Winter welcomed me and met me on time, there was very little pressure, I felt comfortable and confident that he had my best interests in mind. He inspected my trade and made a very fair offer and stood by the number throughout the 'negotiation'. I was told that there is no negotiation, they follow a no-haggle process. He advised of a warranty that I declined, otherwise it was a very easy, stress-free transaction. I'll do business with Jeremy again, and I wouldn't hesitate to send friends/family his way. More

I never expected the purchase of my first car to go so smoothly, and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the process. Jeremy "let the car sell itself" aiding in the sale with his readiness to quickly answer any questions I had. It was nice that the onus was on me to purchase, as there was no unnecessary pressure at all. In fact, Jeremy understood my needs as a first time buyer and catered to them, making himself easy to contact to iron out the deal. We found a car that we wanted to look at, but couldn't get there before closing time Buying a. car at Arrowhead Automotive was a very nice experience. We found a car that we wanted to look at, but couldn't get there before closing time. so Tim said he would leave the car out in front where we could see it easier. When we got there Tim was still there waiting for us. We where able to check the car out and put down a deposit to hold it. Got it the next day! Tim was great to work with.
