Hello Devin. We are sorry if you have had a bad experience with your vehicle. All of our cars go through an independent inspection process, and any issues found are repaired prior to the vehicle being allowed to be on our lot. However, vehicles are complex machines, and things can go wrong. To set the record straight, you purchased your car over 4 months ago and just came to us with the problem last week. Tim, the manager, has been in touch with you many times, and has been trying to help you get your repairs covered under your warranty, but ultimately it is up to them, not us, as to what they will cover. We will continue to try and help you despite your negative comments, and will do our best to get your items covered under warranty. We appreciate the business, and are happy that you at least enjoyed the buying experience.
