Colin got me in for service super quickly. Him and Devin made sure my 2023 M4 Competition (which I also bought from Arrowhead and had a great experience as well) was well taken care of. I had Him and Devin made sure my 2023 M4 Competition (which I also bought from Arrowhead and had a great experience as well) was well taken care of. I had my brakes, coolant flush, and oil service completed as well as had some new tires put on. They also provided me with a new X5 to drive around while the car was getting worked on. Hats off to their whole team. More
Went in to get an oil change, Taylor was my service advisor he was great and easy to work with. Got me in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend Arrowhead BMW for service and sales. Service department charged $151 for a service that should have been covered under the BMW Ultimate Care plan--replacement of an engine air filter (a $25 part and a 5 minute job). Car was less than 3 years o have been covered under the BMW Ultimate Care plan--replacement of an engine air filter (a $25 part and a 5 minute job). Car was less than 3 years old and only 14k miles. Avoid this service department = I question their ethics. UPDATE: This problem made it to Brent, the Service Manager who immediately corrected the issue, called me, and assured me that it would never happen again. He said it would be used as a "learning opportunity" for his staff. There are a lot of good dealers out there but my opinion is that the really worthy ones are those who acknowledge their mistakes and do all they can to make up for them with the customer--Brent regained my trust. The rating was changed to a 3 star. More

He was really gruff so asked to speak with manager. DEVIN KASS kicked me out due to last review "get your crappy xxx car out of here and never come back". More
Went in for repair on a heating element for a seat. The first pickup the back of the car is trashed, the back of the seat is damaged and the driver seat that was repaired the leather is loose! Tell them I’m absolutely not taking the car back like that. Come back 3 days later pick it up, the leather is now better. The back of the seat was repaired with what looks like melted plastic instead of replacing the piece. And the best part, the back of the car is still TRASHED!!! More

They went above and beyond to make sure that our problem was solved. They provided us with a loaner and there was no waiting time to pick it up. Everything with seamless - from pulling our car into the service area to driving it back out again. Best BMW service ever! More
I have to say this is by far the best service experience I have ever had. I was greeted immediately when I arrived on the service drive. Over the 2 days he was always quick to call me back with updates on my vehicles repair and provided very detailed explanations as to what was going on. Now to the part that really blew me away....I received a text from Randy Bowdre the Master Tech that was working on my car. The text had a link to a 5-minute video. In that video I was shown the tread depth of my tires, brake pad thickness, full view of the undercarriage, and he explained in depth both warranty repairs that had been performed. Let me just say that I have been in the automotive industry for nearly 20 years and have never had such great communication with a service dept. Hats off to Arrowhead BMW. You guys are knocking it out of the park!!!! More
Keep telling me ALL cars have rusted rooters and it’s normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Plus They had me stand outside on the corner waiting for it with a crap sign saying Lyft! I’ll never buy a car from them again! RUN from BMW! This dealership lied to the BBB! Said they offered to fix my car and They never did! They have an F rating and are not BBB certified! Worst treatment ever! Got rid of my car at 2700 miles only 8 months old! They are lying, using cheap junk parts and stealing from people! More
