Extremely Frustrated! I took my car in for a repair of the heating / cooling system. They diagnosed it as needing a whole new center display console. I asked them why are you changing out a part thats w the heating / cooling system. They diagnosed it as needing a whole new center display console. I asked them why are you changing out a part thats working? They said it controls everything including the HVAC system. After waiting a week for the $2,600 dollar part and having it installed, No Go dosen't work! So now they say we were wrong and need to order another part. So now this is my third trip to the dealership. They install the correct part and now the AC works, But all of the sudden the center console that plugged in and out doesn't work correctly. They now say I need to spend an additional $600 to fix the clock and temperature readout that worked before! More

Arrowhead Lexus however penalized him financially( 1/3 of a December pay check once)if he gets too few stars each month on reviews. He consequently is forced to push 10 star reviews “or don’t bother giving a review”. His service manager confirmed to me that this is company policy. Is this what you want from car dealer? This is a rigged game!!!! Don’t get me wrong, they rock for service... generally they are through, not pushy yet remind me of how to take care of my car. Their service is pricey compared to the BMW dealer I’m used to. Read their reviews knowing the service agent loses pay if/when you leave ANY THING less than a 10star review. More
