I had been comparing different trucks, when my friend, Jim Stevenson told me to go to Art Hill Fird and talk to Chris Hensley. I went in and after explaining to Chris what I was looking for, he showed me Jim Stevenson told me to go to Art Hill Fird and talk to Chris Hensley. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE! Took my car in to repair a door to my electric charging port that wouldnt stay closed. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR other than the little door that Took my car in to repair a door to my electric charging port that wouldnt stay closed. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR other than the little door that wouldn’t stay shut. They call me and told me that my axle was leaking. I was like OH NO! Mind you I have less than 30k miles. No engine lights or alerts were on. They said they’ll fix it… well they return the car to me with every engine light and alert on. I was in disbelief that they would even return it. I took it back and they couldn’t “figure it out”. Long story short I took it to the dealership I bought my Lincoln from. They told me this dealership replaced my axle with the wrong axle that did not match my car model which cause the connector and all the electric components to break and fail. 😱 I knew they did something wrong, I don’t even believe there was anything wrong to begin with and now my car is messed up and it’s making noise and my 4WD is messed up. UNBELIEVABLE DO NOT LET THEM MESS YOUR CAR UP! Their service is beyond bad and they shouldn’t even be allowed to work on any car. SHAME ON LINCOLN for allowing this dealership to stay open. More
