I WAITED A WEEK FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR A NEW TIRE AND LEFT WITH MY OWN DONUT AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 2 HOURS...WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT I TOLD THEM I NEEDED A NEW TIRE..THE TIRE WASN'T ORDERED AND I W LEFT WITH MY OWN DONUT AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 2 HOURS...WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT I TOLD THEM I NEEDED A NEW TIRE..THE TIRE WASN'T ORDERED AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE ANOTHER WEEK WAIT FOR IT..I WAS LITERALLY AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR NO REASON FOR 2 HOURS...AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE DAMAGED TIRE IN MY CAR SO I HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND PICK UP THE TIRE SO I COULD GET IT PATCHED...
