Hi Jason, When you first brought your concern to our intention we took it very seriously and sent you car to multiple independent franchise dealers to confirm after our ASE certified mechanic could not confirm the issue that you were reporting. The reason that it took four weeks and the car went to so many different dealerships was because no other dealership could find and confirm the problem that you were claiming the dealer in Orlando found. Because of the two independent inspections that we have done on every vehicle the inspection companies warranty the car for us against any problem like existing and will take the car back if a problem does indeed exist. After the multiple franchise dealerships that we sent the car to could not confirm the problem that you were claiming we gave you the option of returning the car for a refund or we will get another car to replace it for you. We gave you this option multiple times and you would not take us up on it. We always strive to make our customers happy and do not appreciate the misrepresentation of the truth in your story above or the fact that you enlisted your personal friends who were never customers of our to put false bad reviews of our dealership up all over the web as a way to try and coerce money out of us. If you thought the car was unsafe to drive why did you not return it to us after multiple requests from us to let us get you a different vehicle?

Hi, as we told you we did follow up with the mechanic that inspected your car at the number you provided to us. When we finally got him on the phone he said that the work he suggested performing on your vehicle was "discretionary" and not required to "fix" anything that was wrong with the car and in fact said that the valve covers were not leaking but suggested their might be an oil leak because of the age of the car and some BMW's can have that problem. He actually said that the car was in very good mechanical running order which is what our two inspections found before listing the car for sale. After you called us about the paper towels we did send the car to an outside mechanic that we respect very much and has a history of great work with BMW's. He faxed us over a copy of his inspection on the vehicle and stated that there were no oil leaks found anywhere on the car. We then passed this information along to you with a copy of his report and you still insisted that your mechanic that we spoke with by phone was correct even though we confirmed with him that there was not an actual oil leak he only had a concern of one because of the car's age. All of our vehicles have their oil, transmission fluid changed when they first come to our dealership. Unfortunately most mechanics make their money by finding things "wrong" with cars and scaring customers into fixing issues that either do not exist or are only recommended by them and not at all necessary. Because of this we always encourage our customers to take the vehicle for inspection to a ASE certified mechanic of their choice and we always confirm any findings with our mechanics that we work with as well. Unfortunately there are unscrupulous people out there that get a mechanic to claim problems with a car just to get money back and this is why it is standard industry policy for all dealers to inspect the car themselves if a customer claims that there is a problem. We also reminded you that all of our clients have the right to exchange or return any purchase if they wish to with our 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy.
