Aschenbach Ford’s service department was very nice and allowed me to make an appointment on the day I needed and the time I wanted. They took my car back just as soon as I got there. The service department needs to do a better job going over those vehicles. I needed a new screen, the change oil light came on and in less than 48 hours got transmission issues over those vehicles. Robert in sales is the shinning bright spot in your dealership. The valet service fails more than it succeeds. the parts department is capable but the dealership is not linked to the ford websites.
