Harassing Phone Calls Salesmen called me repeatedly, but when I got to the dealership they were not very enthusiastic about selling a car. Go to Carmax or M & L Jeep in Lexington instead. They at least seem to know what they are doing. More

Service Department sucks!! Service department sucks!!! They've continually gotten worse and worse. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Had an appointment Monday, dropped it off Sunday evening for check engine light and oil change. By Wednesday still hadn't heard anything. After my husband calling 6 times on Wednesday and not getting anyone to answer the phone in the service department I called to tell them I would be by to pick up my car if it was fixed or not. They didn't have my car waiting for me, didn't have the keys left with the salesmen. I had my spare key and left with it anyway. Check engine light was off but they still hadn't managed to change the oil after 3 days of it setting there! More

Attitude issues I called about a 2017 Dodge Charger they had on their used lot. I was asking Bryan about the pricing and if they could do any better on it. I preceded to call my local Dodge dealership to see if it was possible if they could just get it for me so I didn't have to drive 2 hours out of my way. She called and was told the car was sold this morning???? I had just gotten off the phone with Bryan the salesmen and he said it was available. I called back after talking to my local sales lady and spoke with Bryan again and asked if it was still available. He said it was. So they lied to my sales person. Then I asked Bryan why they had told her that it was sold and he then turned very defensive and said that they will not sale used cars to an outside dealer. That is understandable but when I asked to speak with the used car manager Bryan was extremely rude and filibustered so that I couldn't speak with the manager. He kept saying "is the question about us selling used cars to other dealerships?" "Are you checking to see if what I am telling you is true?" In my opinion they had already lied to my dealership so yes I needed to see if what he said was true. Very rude and never let me speak to a manager. Truth is had he not been so rude and they not lied, I liked the car so good that if they really had policy on not being able to sale to my dealership I would have still drove the extra time to buy it. Great way to treat potiential customers. Keep up the good work. More
