No service, service department I had my dodge towed to asheboro dodge to get it repaired. 3 weeks later they told me what was wrong with it. 2 days after that they said they couldnt I had my dodge towed to asheboro dodge to get it repaired. 3 weeks later they told me what was wrong with it. 2 days after that they said they couldnt get the bolts off and would cost $1000. The 1st quote was $650, and it would take a few more days to get the parts. I spent a whole day trying to get somebody on the phone and finally around closing time somebody returned my call. It took over an hour to get the bill after I refused to let them ripp me off. Ive never ever seen so much incompetence at a dealership. I feel lucky just to get of there with 2 tow bills and diagnostics charge witch equals $200, and its still broke down. More

We always were treated with respect.I would like to say from the sales people to the service department it has gone to crap. They can't seem to get my car fixed. We have had the car in there 4 times now and still no luck. Talked to them about trading it in on something else and they were like we can work you up something. Never heard anything from them. Its been 2 weeks now. They are not very good at customer service as far as l can tell. If this was my business I would take care of customers who do a lot of business with not to minchin if I was a new customer this would be the start of a good friendship. More
