On August 31, 2022, We (Paul and I) had the unique pleasure of meeting Doug Morrow. He proceeded to show us different style's of trucks helping us to find THAT truck that met our needs. Paul's last brand new truck was in 1988, another Chevrolet I might add, it performed to his expectations....but even though it's given all it had, sadly, it needed replacement. Just before we drove over to Asheville Chevrolet, we were riding around and on the radio was Mack Alonzo's advertisement for Asheville Chevrolet. We love Mack and Anne from our church but the idea we were ever going to buy another new truck, well, not exactly BRAND NEW, but a one owner Certified preowner truck 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LTX (I think) it had over 59,000 miles, heated seats (a +) heated steering wheel (a +) full cab (meaning full back seat) and it matched our already Toyota Highlander (2017) in color, Pearl. Doug Morrow ws very patient with us, didn't do the rush "salesman" speech (the way sales men use to do back in the day) Doug was informative about the truck, he realized this is probably our last truck we'd be buying so he matched us perfectly. We realized we loved this truck, we were very happy with Doug's approach, his relaxed mannerism with our concerns....mainly buying a previously owned truck in 2022 at the price's vehicles have come to....more than the price of a home. It seems insane until one factors in the price of a home today, and the last truck Paul bought was 1988. WE would certainly recommend Doug Morrow to folks we meet about buying a vehicle from Asheville Chevrolet and Doug Morrow for sure. All the other salesmen or representatives I rather call them were very nice to be of service.
