Working with Mark Hansen and Jeremy Messer was an absolute pleasure! Jeremy provided excellent service when picking up my truck answering all my questions and completing a thorough walk through with absolute pleasure! The thought of buying a vehicle without actually seeing it was not easy– anxiety to the fullest. However, Mark thoroughly went over and covered all the features and components from line item to line item, discussing every part of the truck. From my initial phone conversations to the actual purchase was handled very professionally. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership.
